Family & Friends

HI All! Sorry we have been off line for a while ..... no excuses, just laziness. Catching up on rest after long summer and winter seasons.
We had a good few weeks pottering around enjoying the mild feb and march before Char & Tim arrived. They have a lovely flat in Aghios Nikolaos and have both settled into work. They are enjoying the change of life style and their new jobs. Owen, our nephew has also arrived to work for the summer season in Malia. He has found a job, has a flat and has begun working already. We are now looking forward to Thom and Annie arriving. We are both very happy that our family will all be together for the summer. Looking forward to many Noisey gatherings.

Sad today as our first visitors of the season have just headed off to the airport. We have spent a lovely week with Jane & Alistair. Fantastic guests! We can recommend a visit from them - they are excellent cooks and great company. The week started off very wet. We were like 4 drowned rats on our first attempt at sight seeing. Gave up in the end, went shopping and watched the storm from the comfort of home with Metaxa and backgammon. Of course the weather improved and we have spent some very relaxing times at the beach and on the roof ...
