So hot

It is 35 degrees and we are hot! Working is exhausting although should not moan. Corrine can start early and Martin gets a break in the afternoon. But also we are working hard finishing off stuff in the house. Start moving furniture in tomorrow.

Doors

Yes we have afront door, with a lock. No glass yet though. We also have windows and shutters. More pictures tomorrow.

Well we are now both back to reality as Martin started work for Europcar yesterday. The house is coming on and we are finishing stuff now in our spare time.

Hope you have enjoyed the photos of the bathrooms and stuff. Already they look different and they have now grouted the tiles that are laid on the roof so we can begin planting up more of our pots and things.

I spent most of today on the beach, beautiful day and even swam when Martin arrived. Great that you can work and make it to the beach in the same day.

Dental work

House tiling is done. Roof will have to wait another week or two. Electricians return on friday to complete the work. Carpenter has begun to install the windows and he brings the doors at the weekend. Holding off on plumber until kitchen units arrive so can also install sink. Feels like we are getting somewhere now. Martin has completed alot of the painting already and we will varnish woodwork over the winter probably.

Work going OK.

Had first visit to Greek Dentist as I have brken a tooth today. I was eating a slice of Domino Pizza and thinking things are never as you remeber them when it disintergrated. He has done his best to save it however most of the tooth has fallen out therefore not much to work with. Anyway the whole experience today has not been to bad, especially when we remeber I HATE visiting the dentist and do lots in my power never to go. Will let you know how I feel when the injection wares off.
